The Great Globe at Durlston Country Park in Swanage. It is constructed of Portland stone, weighs about 40 tonnes and is 3 metres in diameter.
During lockdown Andy has decided to get back to basics and experiment with cyanotype; a form of photographic printing using photosensitive chemicals.
These works incorporate images captured during his daily exercise routine and were produced by exposing them with sunlight in the garden.
It was the ability to reconnect with the immediate local area and the beauty in the imperfection that has made this project particularly appealing and rewarding.
